I am Ridwan, S.Pd., Gr., a high school teacher who passionately lives in learning, traveling, and writing. In my opinion, education is the most important thing for everyone to educate and develop the potential that exists within themselves. By growing and developing, each individual can have creativity, knowledge, good personality and become a responsible person.

  • How can I get other people around me to get a proper education so that everyone can move forward together?

When I attended the SM-3T program in Merauke (Papua), I found inequality in education in Indonesia.

Uneven education in Indonesia, especially in the eastern is a big problem. Many factors cause this, such as poverty, poor quality of human resources, low quality of teachers, and lack of support for school facilities and infrastructure.

Being a teacher is not an easy job. As an educator, professional competencies are necessary due to their fields and duties. Moreover, an empathetic attitude is needed to understand the different conditions of each student.

Every student deserves a good and equal education.

A teacher is a noble profession that flows charity that never breaks, so lucky you because you can be one of them.
